Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) is a genetic skin disorder causing blistering of the whole body. The condition is debilitating to those who suffer from it, making it hard to engage in even the smallest day-to-day tasks. Currently there is no cure for the disease, but with the help of our contributors, we can help to mitigate the pain and suffering of these children and extend their quality of life.

These struggles are not only due to the disease these children face, but to the financial struggle of the families who are unable to get sufficient treatment for their children. The Heal Child Skin Disease Foundation is a federally-approved 501(c)3 non profit organization, seeking to directly help children with any type of severe skin disease. Our current focus is on children with Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB). At Heal, we aim to help those families who are of a lower socioeconomic status, and in lesser developed communities. We are dedicated to making sure that EB children receive the necessary treatment they deserve.
